Biography
My name is Brittney Barsotti. I am currently finishing my last semester at Las Positas College in Livermore, Ca. I plan on transferring to a four year institution. My first job when I was 15 was as a photographer's assistant and I have been in love with photography ever since. By the time I was 16, I was photographing full time for a portrait studio and have worked at various studios since then.
Prior to attending Las Positas I spent close to a year at Brooks Institute of Photography but I was forced to return home to have arthroscopic surgery. I learned so much at Brooks about photography but courses in other subjects left me wanting. Once I was able to attend classes again I began developing my web design, graphic design, writing, multimedia and video skills. Photography will always be my first love but I am enjoying video more with every project.
My favorite type of photography will always be news photos but I enjoy every type of photography. I really enjoy sports and nature or still photographs. I pride myself on being able to do anything.
